This is a list of my various OC's used in RP for Final Fantasy XIV. Each page will provide a bit of information on the OC and their background as well as RP hooks. Read their Bio or just skip straight to the hooks and go in blind, the story is up to you.

I am generally available most times for RP or other collabs. I am fairly flexible and laid back though i do try to adhere to lore though I both understand and am okay with Lore bending within reason. I do however draw a hard line when it comes to character bleed and meta gaming, please keep IC and OOC separate.

2. Consent is king, nothing either party is uncomfortable with should ever be on the table.
3. I try to adhere to lore but am okay with lore bending in most cases, lore breaks not so much.
4. Communication should be clear so as to avoid confusion both in any planning and among parties in general. If it isn't, ask for clarification.
5. I do not generally do ERP though Mature themes are usually acceptable
6. Last but not least, RP is meant to be enjoyable so have fun. If something hits a snag we can always talk to try and sort things out.

Calm and Confident though not arrogant. Drekul tends to take most things in stride and as such sometimes comes off as stoic and matter of fact. But the truth is that when he chooses to act it is generally with thought and commitment. It is that same commitment that holds him to those he cares for or calls family.He values bonds forged in commonality of one form or another and as such may take time to call someone friend, but those friends he has made in his wanderings have his loyalty until the end and as such can call on him no matter where he may be in his travels.Through hardship and travel he has learned to savor all life gives him, though far from a hedonist he does enjoy both food and drink in a variety of forms and is willing to try most things at least once, twice if he likes it.Due to his past profession he observes his surroundings out of habit, a trait that has led to him enjoying various surroundings where he can watch the small and large details around him and learn from the experience. Be it via the thrill of battle, quiet moments, or the relaxation of food and spirit.Having reunited with and wed his childhood sweetheart he returned to the Twelves Wood he once called home intent on settling down though still prone to wandering. After a whirlwind of conflict and resolution however he found himself once more returning to Shirogane to take over and renovate the bar where so many of his stories had began.With a new place to lay his roots in The Wanderer's Reprieve where his life and romantic entanglements seemed to only grow more complex. But as time goes by he is trying to resume a somewhat normal life.... or as close to it as he ever seems to manage between kidnappings, calls to arms, and an ever growing family.
Life of Adventure - Drek has lived the life of an adventurer and as such can be contacted, be it by posting a leve or seeking him out by reputation, as an adventurer to aid with various problems.
Hunter for Hire - In between adventuring work Drek has worked as a hunter of beastkin for the grand companies. If a notorious beastkin is causing you or your homeland trouble he might be the man for the job
Warrior of some Renown - In his youth Drek fought on the bloodsands. In later years he particpated as an adventurer in numerous operations throughout the star. As such he may be approached based on reputation or word of mouth to seek aid in combat training or in solving conflicts.

Engineering a solution - Drek has spent much of his free time in adulthood studying engineering in its various forms. As such he can offer aid via this skill to those in need of a solution to strange or unique problems.
Wanderlust - Drek is prone to travel and exploration and as such has places where he can stay in several City states. So chance meetings or common ground can be established in most places.
Tavern Keep - In his "retirement" Drek has taken to setting up a tavern and guild hub in Shirogane. If you need a place to lay your head, drown your sorrows, or find work you may run into him there.

Stoic and perhaps a little jaded by all he has seen and experienced Vallerin holds no allusions about the world around him nor does he bother trying to fool himself into thinking people or situations are better than they actually are.He values family and honor above all else. So much so that when forced to choose between his adoptive daughter and his station he walked away from the noble houses. His station only restored due to the death of his family leaving him the sole heir to a lesser house.The hard choice made and the loss of his wife that preceded it though changed the man. Where once there was a hopeful and happy knight there now stands a man bereft and without any delusions about his homeland or the places he has since traveled. The system is broken and it is the people who suffer.... of this he holds no doubts.While he was born to a lesser house he has ever strived to lift himself up by his own merits. An expert swordsman he rose through ranks of knighthood before that was stripped from him for the events that also took his wife from him. Since then he has worked to resolve the wrongs he sees around him no matter how extreme a tactic might be needed to do so.Recently having had his life spared by a man he once sought to end believing him to hold the sole responsibility the death of his beloved. Vallerin now finds himself a man adrift in the world as it changes around him. He seeks answers to where he fits in this world, how he can make it better, and above all else how he can protect his family from the wrongs he still sees around him.
Lesser Noble - Vallerin was born to a noble house in Ishgard and though he spent a time stripped of title it has recently been restored meaning matters affecting nation may be reason to contact him
Time in Exile - He spent a time in exile for a failure on the field and suspicions regarding the death of his kin. During this time he made unsavory contacts in a search for revenge and so may be contacted regarding less savory aspects of society.

Halonic Knight - His knighthood recently restored Vallerin works as a Temple Knight protecting Ceorthas and Ishgard. As such trouble in the region could be brought to him.
Knight in Black - Though he now works through official channels more oft than not Vallerin is not beyond donning a dark visage to disguise his identity and deal with wrongs among the knights and nobility. Those wronged by those in power may find stories of a Knight in Black who can right their wrongs.

Confident and sultry, Zoe tends to carry herself as if she commands any space she enters. This is confidence born both from hard earned skill and ingrained as the way she approaches everything. If she is in control she can make sure nothing goes wrong or at least keep trouble to a minimum.She values friendship and above all else loyalty because throughout her life they are things that she has found to be sparse. This is a fact driven home even more for her by the simple truth that people eventually go their own way or are often called away for one reason or another. As a result she has learned to live in the moment and savor what happiness and pleasures she can find.Through hard work and dedication she has elevated herself above the rank and file. Though the scars of her past and her obsession with settling those scores has left her viewed as a loose cannon by some. However her results were undeniable and eventually secured her an officers commission. She now handles Spec Ops for the Malestrom while also acting as a liaison to the Rogues guild to facilitate internal investigations when needed.
Her past freelance work though has not been without merit. Both helping her to cope with her past and earning her the respect of the guild that raised her. She has found the work satisfying for these reasons as it both honors her losses and those who helped to keep her from a less savory lot in life.Prior to her commission she had been approached by an old flame with an offer of work. Though it was bound to bring its own challenges and complications she decided to accept and made her way from the warm shores of La Noscea to the chilled peaks of Coerthas. Her life from there was a roller coaster both personally and professionally but the chaos is where she always thrived.Though life is full of surprises she never saw coming. Such as finding someone to call her own, or a romance blooming with her oldest friend. All this as she explored the far shores of Hingashi. Which is why she now splits her time between Limsa Lominsa and Shirogane.
Malestrom Spec Ops - Zoe has recently been granted a formal commission for Special operations with the Malestrom. So problems in the realm of La Noscea are within her pervue.
Pirate Hunter - Zoe spent years hunting rogue pirates. As such she developed a reputation for dealing with such elements and can be approached regarding slave trafficking and the like.

Tavernkeep - Zoe was hired on by Drek to work at the Wanderer's Reprieve as he needed someone he could trust to help oversee things. So she can often be found there.
Guild Family - Zoe was raised by the Rogue's Guild in Limsa after the death of her parents. So anyone with connections to the Guild can easily reach out to her.

A gentle giant Zirn has always been more concerned with the well being of others rather than his own. In fact he often put what little spare money he had towards helping others. It was in helping others that he discovered he had at least some talent for teaching and found himself often taking others under his wing so to speak.But life in Ul'dah is not want to reward generosity or a gentle nature and so it was no surprise that he endured more hardship than he likely deserved. Forced into the Bloodsands to earn coin, sold into slavery for not performing to the standards of his would be employers, used as a test subject in the middle of a war... Zirn was a man to whom hard times might seem a blessing compared to his luck.However a hard life did not dampen his spirits.... no if anything it taught him determination and commitment as well as the simple fact that you have to savor the little joys life gives you and never take the good times for granted. Traits that he would live his life by not only in Ul'dah but later in the distant lands of Hingsha and Bozja.Which is to say once saved from his enslavement he sought only to pay forward his good fortune and so joined the Bozjan resistance. He was determined to liberate others much as he had been saved from his hardships. There he managed to rise through the ranks specifically because of his care for those under his command and his commitment to seeing them through each mission.Now he finds himself seeking to apply all he has learned to prevent the sort of tragedies he has endured... and perhaps in doing so find a place to call home.
Bozjan Resistance - Zirn has risen to the rank of Field Commander with the Bozjan resistance and as such can be approached regarding the resistance or restoration of Bozja.
Seeking Justice - Having lost so much Zirn has become a man who seeks justice not only for himself but for others. If you have been wronged you could seek his aid. He may help find those who wronged you, or help you work through your pain.

Gentle Giant - Despite his size and past Zirn is rather gentle and very family oriented. As such he can easily be approached with family/slice of life situations where one might need help.
Troubled Past - Zirn has lived a hard life but retained a kind heart. So approaching with problems related to Slavers, Invasion/Occupation, or Abuse are want to earn his assistance in some way.

Sonja like most Veena was born deep in the Skatay Range. She was raised as a hunter for the tribe until the tragic death of her care takers. An event that left a mark on the young Veena, causing her to increasingly rely on dark humor and snarky comments to keep people at arms length. At least until the head of the Matriarch's Guard took her in.There was potential in the sassy young Veena, a certain fire that the keen eye of her new mentor did not miss. So she was trained as a bodyguard and eventually assigned to the youngest daughter of the Matriarch. By then though she still relied on snarky comments and wit to deflect most approaches.... she found herself fast becoming friends with Lorilae and soon enough the two were practically inseparable.Friendship began to blossom into more but the pair worried about the duties required of one of the Matriarch's daughters. At least until said Matriarch laughed warmly and told them their concerns were unfounded. With so many daughters able to take up responsibilities for the tribe they were told to go and explore as their curiosity had become all to apparent.So they set off to explore the outside world. Settled in the Twelveswood for a time before leaving to seek further training. Which meant tracking down a teacher. Luckily the Adder's recommended one, unfortunately actually finding the man in his wanderings proved far more challenging.
Veena Hunter - Sonja grew up as a hunter for her tribe in the Skatay Range and as such is skilled in tracking and hunting. Skills she could be hired for in order to help find someone or fell troublesome wildlife.
Bodyguard - Sonja is also trained as a bodyguard and was one of those responsible for protecting the Matriarch's family before leaving to see the world with the Matriarch's youngest daughter. While the pair are almost always together and Sonja protects her partner to a fault, she could also be hired for bodyguard work depending on the situation.

Fresh Eyed Traveler Sonja and her partner only recently have left the Skatay Range. Though they have traveled extensively they are still new to the outside world. Curious and quick to learn though somewhat guarded, tales of interesting locals might pike their interest.
In Search of Training - Sonja and her partner first settled in Gridania and found it simple enough to adjust to the Twelveswood. However they were sent out to find proper mentors as the adder's could not offer further training. Currently they seek a certain renowned adventurer to help them hone their skills, but that is not to say they might not be willing to take a few lessons on their way to find him.

Jett's life was never a simple one. He was born to a Hhetsarro law man trapped in the dome and a Solutian 9 socialite. A strange pairing in of itself but one that was also like a candled doomed to burn bright but not for long. His mother contracted Levin sickness and soon passed. If not for his fathers stubborn refusal to adopt a regulator and his insistence that Jett not until he was old enough to make an informed decision...... his mother would simply have been forgotten.This fact would shape Jett in ways not even his father had predicted. Even as he learned from his old man regarding fire arms, honor, and protecting those who needed it.... he spoke out against regulators because of what he had seen. So many simply forgetting the woman who meant so much to the boy even as he became a man.His father eventually passed be it from the dangers of the job or simply a broken heart Jett will not speak of it. But without that hand to steady him he did more than speak out against Regulators. He tried to convince people to give them up.Which would have been laughable in the outskirts.... except Jett was a man possessed of charisma and swagger to spare. He soon had his little following and they did what they could to help those in need all while protesting the use of the regulators so many relied on.So it was no surprise that he occasionally crossed lines, and ended up branded an outlaw. But not even that would stop him from speaking his mind and acting on his beliefs.When the dome was breached he made his way outside to see the land of his Father and do what he could to help in the conflict. Due to recent events his status as an outlaw has been reversed.... but he does not know how to adjust to the new and evolving homeland that differs so much from the one he left.
Cult of Personality - For better or worse Jett is a charismatic figure who had amassed a small following in The Outskirts. Former followers or families who's relatives followed him might have reason to seek out the former outlaw in his travels.
Former Outlaw - His antics in the outskirts had him branded as an Outlaw. As such he moved in the less savory circles of Alexandria. He was a known quantity both to the resistance, people operating outside the law, and the authorities. Anyone from these groups could thus approach him be it for help or answers.

Mystic Gunslinger - During his stint as an outlaw and even more so in his later travels Jett discovered a knack for manipulating Aether. This led to him fitting his firearm with a mechanism to allow him to channel said Aether directly. Shots of various elements and effects now at his command he developed a reputation as a wild card in any sort of gunfight. People might seek him out for fame or to learn the tricks he has mastered.
Wandering in New Lands - Since leaving Tural and its neighboring lands Jett has taken to traveling the lands across the salt. Seeing how people who never had to worry about lost memories live and simply savoring life. He seeks new experiences be they places, cuisine, spirits, or cultures. So setting up a basic meeting is relatively simple.

Aniya is fiery and protective to a fault, in no small part to those she has lost or made the difficult choice to leave behind. She could be described as a free spirit or nomad, always on the move though she has established a home of sorts to return to.This is because of her upbringing. She was the first and only daughter her mother birthed, the queen passing in the act of bringing her into the world. A fact the shattered remnants of her clan never let her forget. Her father did his best to shield her from the worst of it while training her to protect herself as well, and always kept them on the move.... never in one camp too long as they moved from place to place on the Bozjan front.Aniya spent her youth training under her father in hand to hand combat, and often in scraps with other children due to the stimga placed on her. This continued until she was able to make friends of her own at which point her father decided to settle at their current camp for the sake of her happiness.Sadly it would not be long before war took him from her and left her questioning her place in the resistance and the world at large. In the end she made the difficult decision to leave her friend and the resistance behind.... to cross the salt and start anew far away from those who judged her so harshly.She found work as a hunter and eventually learned the ways of the Viper. Embracing the idea of channeling her ancestors strength and wisdom to protect others. She has only recently returned from Tural to find the world she left behind a much changed place. Would those she left behind welcome her or shun her like so many others?
Clan Pariah - Aniya is the daughter of her clan's Queen, what should be an honored position. Except her mother died in childbirth and the clan was suddenly among the Lost. Though no fault of hers the clan blamed her birth for the way they were scattered and as such have focused their ire on her. Be it to defend her or to blame her as one of clan Verashasch this is an easy intro.
Former Resistance - Having grown up on the move in Bozja with her father she was raised among the resistance and in her teenage years even participated as a member of the resistance.... right up until the war took her father from her. She left and traveled across the salt but her past means ties to the resistance are an easy way to set something up.

Viper - Upon reaching Tural Aniya took up hunting dangerous marks to earn her coin. She soon was apprenticed as a Viper and these days continues her work hunting no matter which side of the salt she finds herself on. Need a troublesome beast dealt with? She is available for hire.
Strange Homecomings - Recently returned from across the salt Aniya finds the world of her youth has changed in more ways than she can count. Shattered empires and liberated lands are among the many things she is learning about. She travels to see how her homeland has changed and so can be found almost anywhere seeking to learn of recent history.

Roger like most of The Lost spent his life mostly as a nomad. Wandering from one place to another with his family was just the way things had always been. At least until his wife fell ill with a withering sickness while they were far from a proper physician. He did his best to care for her but in the end had to watch his wife slowly succumb to the illness.This lit a fire in the Hrothgar who took his daughter and made his way not to just any city.... but all the way to Old Sharlay. He managed to earn a chance to study at the Studium where he excelled in the medical arts. Soon he was a doctor himself but rather than simply stay in the comfort of the city..... he took to practicing his new skills while on the road. A traveling physician working to ensure what happened to him and his daughter would not befall others.Of course after so long in Sharlay it had become a home of sorts and thus they always returned. Roger began researching regenerative magics in addition to the manipulation of Physical aether so common in the practice of Somanoutics. His research and work as a Sage eventually earned him the prestigious Archon Marks that denoted experts beyond the norm in their field.So things continued for a time. He had his research, colleagues whom he valued, and his work out on the road aiding others. Then the Final Days arrived and he and his daughter, now his apprentice, were dispatched to aid in the efforts evacuating Garlemald..... where once more tragedy struck. A Terminus Beast laid his daughter to waste.The emotional blow in the heat of it all too much for the poor Hrothgar to bear he began the unthinkable.... repairing and maintaining her body via regenerative magics and somanoutics. Though this was at best a symptom of a greater malaise as he went mad in his grief searching for a way to restore her. Thaumaturgy, Alchemy, Gyr Abanian texts, and finally a long lost forbidden text in the Gubal Library.What followed was unspeakable, his guilt would haunt him for the rest of his days. But in the end his lab and research destroyed he sought aid to make right the wrongs he had caused, not for redemption but simply because there were people now in need of aid.Redemption or Damnation would come in due time. For now he has work to do.
Archon - Roger has earned the status of Archon for his specialty in regenerative magics and stimulation of physical aether. As such those seeking aid in treating particularly difficult maladies or physical afflictions might seek out his expertise to help find a solution.
Traveling Physician - Roger spends enough time on the road working as a physician that he has a reputation as a traveling doctor in some circles. As such you could meat him almost anywhere and especially if there are people in need of a doctor to be found there. He has a habit of going where healers are scarce to ensure no one goes without aid.

Tragic Loss - Having become a doctor after the loss of his wife due to the lack of available physicians and later lost his daughter during the Final Days, Roger is especially sensitive to the loss of others. Those struggling with grief or at risk of such loss could easily find him willing to listen or offer aid.
Maddening Grief- Roger has also experienced the kind of grief that drives a man mad. Though he has since come to his senses there are things that go bump in the night that may be at least partly his fault. He seeks to end such terrors and hopefully find redemption for his sins. If you would like a slightly darker story this is a hook based on various horror tropes that can easily span multiple characters and locations.
